Prima offers four grades of acoustic doors tested by Salford University to BS EN ISO 140/3. "Laboratory measurements of air borne sound insulation of building elements". Meeting the high standards required by environmental and local authorities and providing solutions for todays leisure and entertainment complexes.

Designed to reduce sound transmission between rooms and the external element, as well as providing sound privacy for sensitive environments. Available as single and double leaf acoustic doorsets for internal and external use ranging from 34dB to 49dB, with options for glazing and louvre ventilation.

    50mm thick Door leaf with flush lipped astragal constructed from:

    2 No. 1.2 mm thick zinc coated steel sheets, which are welded together

    Reinforcing perimeter channels

    47.6 mm thick honeycomb core – Grade 1

    47.6mm thick Lamella insulated core – Grade 2

    47.6mm thick Lamella / insulation board – Grade 3 & 4

  • FRAME

    Manufactured from 1.6 mm thick zinc coated steel

    Single rebate 130mm wide frame with additional rebate for flush lip

    A minimum of four fixing points are provided to each jamb

    Knockdown frames on double doors for transit and distribution

    100mm, 130mm, 200mm, 250mm are available upon request
